CityCom Real Estate Services has been providing professional management services to owners of commercial income producing properties and property owners associations in Southern California for over 30 years. Projects we manage include office buildings, retail & shopping centers, medical facilities, industrial buildings, business parks, and commercial associations.

From our headquarters office in Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino County, CityCom administers services to projects owned by institutional and private trusts, banks and other lenders, developers, and individual investors. Banking relationships are presently maintained for CityCom and its clients at several local institutions. Bank and accounting references are available upon request.

City Commercial Management’s experienced property managers maintain contracts with key service vendors on an exclusive basis. CityCom utilizes specially integrated computerized property management and general ledger accounting software systems to ensure accurate lease administration, maintain cash accounts, and to provide accurate, timely financial reporting to our clients. Clients may access their accounts 24/7 via the Internet. City Commercial Management is a division of CityCom Real Estate Services, a licensed California real estate corporation.
