Mike Fortunato
President and Managing Broker

Mike Fortunato,
President and Managing Broker, began his association with CityCom
in 1992, and was elected President in 2005. He is responsible for
overall operational supervision of the Company as well as many of our
clients' office, medical, retail, and industrial projects.
Mr. Fortunato attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State
University, graduating in Aerospace Engineering. Until 1985 Mr.
Fortunato managed major commercial and other investment projects in
Virginia for a developer, and operated his own business in the
entertainment industry, ultimately returning to the real estate
management business in California with CityCom.
He is a licensed real estate broker, currently enrolled in the Building
Owners and Managers Institute’s RPA program and is seeking the CPM
professional designation through the Institute of Real Estate
Management. A private pilot
who is constructing his own aircraft, Mr. Fortunato is also a member of
the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department West Valley Search and
Rescue Team, and is an avid participant in adult league baseball.
Mr. Fortunato resides with his wife and daughter in Alta Loma.
Sarah Musser
Property Manager

Sarah Musser, Property Manager, joined CityCom in 2006, providing professional property
management services for several of our clients' office and retail projects as well as for commercial owners' associations.
A 2004 graduate of California Baptist University in Business
Administration with an emphasis on Management, she went on to obtain
her California real estate license. She gained experience
at a local real estate brokerage office where she managed residential and commercial real estate, and processed escrows. CityCom is pleased to have a team member with Sarah's education, experience, and skill.
Sarah lives in Riverside, and is the JV high
school basketball coach at Woodcrest Christian High School.
Dave Norman
Maintenance Manager

Dave Norman,
Maintenance Manager, is an experienced career commercial
maintenance professional, who helped launch our CityCom
Property Services operation in late 2000.
In his role at CityCom, Dave schedules and supervises
all routine field maintenance operations, reviews outside vendor
performance, makes tenant service calls, and handles many skilled
maintenance and repair jobs. His areas of expertise include: HVAC
systems, general electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and a host of
maintenance tasks found in typical commercial properties.
Dave lives in Alta Loma with his wife, daughter, and son.
Anita Johnson
Administrative Assistant

Anita Johnson,
Administrative Assistant is a native of Maywood, California
and has lived in California all of her life. Her first jobs after high
school were in a print shop as an accountant, and for an oilfield pump
manufacturing company.
After 18 years of accounting experience, Anita joined California
Commerce Center in Ontario. California Commerce Center, a division of
the Lusk Company, is a land development and management company,
specializing in commercial and industrial projects. Later she worked
for ProWestern Development in Montclair in management and land
development. When she joined CityCom earlier in 2005,
she brought with her a fine background in commercial real estate
management as well as accounting, giving her a perfect background for
her job as Administrative Assistant to our Property Managers.
Now living in Fontana, Anita enjoys spending time playing with her
grandchildren, crocheting, and just relaxing with family.

Sean T. Bailey
Vice-President and Associate Broker

Sean T. Bailey,
Vice-President and Associate Broker, has been actively
involved in the Inland Empire real estate market since 1985. He is
currently responsible for the operational supervision of many of our
clients’ office, medical, and industrial projects, as well as many of CityCom’s
commercial associations.
Mr. Bailey attended Cal Poly University, Pomona, graduating in 1988
with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate. Upon graduating from
college, he began his career in commercial real estate as a Broker with
Collins Fuller Corporation. During the time period of 1989 - 1993, he
was actively involved in marketing over 600,000 sq. ft. of commercial
and industrial space.
Mr. Bailey made his transition into property management during 1993
when he accepted a position managing common interest developments. He
returned to the commercial real estate market in 1997 upon joining CityCom.
He earned his PCAM designation from Community Associations Institute
and is currently pursuing the RPA designation from the Building Owners
and Managers Institute (BOMI).
Mr. Bailey resides in Alta Loma with his wife and 2 children.
Debbie Johnson
Chief Financial Officer and Office Manager

Debbie Johnson, Chief
Financial Officer and Office Manager is responsible for CityCom's
bank accounts, payroll, clerical supervision, and general management
duties. She also oversees all of the financial record-keeping on client
trust accounts, totaling several million dollars.
When not keeping the books balanced and everyone in line at CityCom,
Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening and
hunting for treasures at garage sales, flea markets and antique shops.
She operated her own business until her first child was born, after
which she became a stay-at-home mom. When her youngest child started
kindergarten in 1986 she began working part time as a bookkeeper for
CityCom.
Debbie was born and raised in Hemet, California and lives in Rancho
Cucamonga with her husband.
Judy Hendon
Administrative Assistant

Judy Hendon,
Administrative Assistant, has had over 20 years of office
experience in the escrow and real estate fields, joining CityCom
in 2004.
Judy’s background has helped her rapidly take over several complicated
tasks, including the complete management of payables and reporting for CityCom's
portfolio of commercial property associations. Additionally, Judy
receives and posts all association owner fee payments, as well as being
the friendly face at CityCom's front desk.
Judy is a native of Ohio, but moved to California when she was a
youngster. She went through school locally, graduating from Upland High
School. Judy met her future husband at a roller rink, and 45 years
later they're still enjoying marriage with 2 grown children, 2
grandsons and a granddaughter. Judy enjoys reading, going to the beach,
and attending NASCAR races with husband Gary.
Ray Deering
Property Services Coordinator

Ray Deering, Property
Services Coordinator brings to CityCom a lifetime of experiences, including a 22 year career in the United States Marine Corps. Providing a liason between tenants, vendors and property managers, Ray fields maintenance requests, dispatches the appropriate personnel, and provides follow-up to ensure the job gets done. He holds an AA degree in Business Management from Everest College, graduating with honors, and is currently pursuing a BA at Phoenix University.
Ray's military training and extensive work
background has provided the organizational and people skills necessary to handle such a demanding position. A California native, he lives in Riverside with his wife of 33 years. He also has a daughter, 32 and a son, 30.
